John J. Pellman
President & Chief Executive Officer
John founded MedNet Technologies in late 1998 and has 25 years of experience in the field of information technology. Fourteen of those years were spent as Vice President of Marketing at Professional Design Systems (PDS), a software company he originally joined while a student at Nassau Community College and later at St. John's University. PDS specialized in the development of application packages for certified public accountants and tax professionals. In 1998, the company was purchased by a division of Thomson Financial - Tax & Accounting.
With the pending sale of PDS along with the rapid emergence of the Internet, John combined his business skills in software design, print media advertising and online bulletin board systems to establish MedNet Technologies with his brother, Christian. While MedNet’s business plan called for the development and management of thousands of websites for healthcare providers, the company was a boot-strapped start-up, so John developed the initial hundred or so client websites himself over the first few years. In the eight years since its inception, MedNet has grown to more than 50 employees across seven departments, making it one of the largest web development companies in the New York City / Long Island area. MedNet has developed websites for clients across more than 120 different healthcare specialties, in all 50 states and in 14 countries. At the same time, MedNet's services have expanded to include Site Management, Visibility Services, FLASH™ media design, animations, e-mail processing and e-marketing, brand identity and print marketing.
In addition to having numerous articles published in various healthcare periodicals, John was profiled in the Growth Strategies section of the Long Island Business News in November 2007. He has been retained as an expert witness in civil cases in federal courts involving Internet commerce and copyright law, and he also serves on the Board of Directors for the Long Island Software Technology Network (www.LISTnet.org). He is a member of the International Webmasters Association (www.IWANET.org) and the HTML Writers Guild (www.HWG.org).
John currently directs MedNet's administration and business development as well as the majority of the company's marketing strategies.

Christian G. Pellman
Vice President & Chief Operations Officer
Christian co-founded MedNet Technologies in 1998. Upon graduating from St. John's University, he began his career as a sales representative for Professional Design Systems (PDS), a software development company specializing in accounting and financial services. Chris became the company's top sales performer. With PDS's sale in 1998 to Thomson Financial, he and his brother, John, formed MedNet Technologies to develop and manage websites for healthcare providers.
In addition to overseeing MedNet's day-to-day accounting operations, Chris runs all of MedNet's sales channels, which include direct sales, online marketing and exhibit marketing at medical meetings and conventions through the U.S. (currently, MedNet exhibits at more than 50 healthcare events each year). Chris is also responsible for MedNet's sales force with representatives in New York, New Jersey, California and Florida, which has earned the company over 2,500 customers throughout the U.S. and internationally.
